Keurkloof Pantry Plum and Rum Jam

Keurkloof Pantry Plum & Rum Jam is a luxurious preserve made with juicy cherry plums, a generous measure of dark rum, and a touch of spiced rum for warmth and aromatic spice. Hand-crafted in small batches on our Karoo farm, this jam is rich, fruity, and indulgent — the perfect balance of tart and sweet with a subtle rum finish.

Packed in a 212 ml glass jar, it’s ideal for cheese platters, breakfasts, and desserts, offering a taste of true Karoo creativity.

Ingredients:
Cherry plums, sugar, dark rum, spiced rum, pectin.

How to Use:
