Karoo Gold is a refreshing handcrafted cordial combining fragrant South African honeybush with bright, zesty lemon. Smooth, gently sweet and beautifully refreshing, it captures the warmth and character of the Karoo in a bottle.
Handcrafted in small batches at Keurkloof Pantry, Karoo Gold is delicious served ice-cold on a hot summer day, but is equally at home in cocktails, mocktails or as a warming winter drink.
Ingredients: Sugar, Lemon Juice, Honeybush, Citric Acid.
How to Use
Mix 1 part Karoo Gold with 3 parts water and serve chilled over ice. Use still or sparkling water, or add a splash to gin or vodka and top with soda for an easy Karoo-inspired cocktail.
It can also be diluted with hot water for a comforting winter drink.
Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening.
